The California Energy Commission has proposed to adopt changes to the California Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Program. The Energy Commission's Efficiency Committee will hold a public hearing on the Wednesday, October 15 at 10 a.m. to receive public comments on the Express Terms (45-Day Language) of the proposed amendments.
