Kansas Energy Council Delivered its 2008 Energy Plan

On December 21, 2007, the Kansas Energy Council (KEC) delivered its 2008 Energy Plan recommendations and delivered it to the Governor, Legislature, and Kansas Corporation Commission. It recommended that the KCC’s Energy Programs Division develop a program to promote adoption of model energy efficiency codes by local units of government.
